| We are very fortunate to have a great staff of very talented and motivated people. However we always welcome the chance to meet experienced stylists, massage therapists, estheticians and nail technicians who are looking for a change. We provide, as a benefit to all our employees, training upon joining our staff as well as ongoing education both in salon and at the Aveda Resource Centers. We also have an AVEDA color trainer on staff. Our employees are compensated on a commission basis for both service and retail sales with vacation benefits after one year.
